Banco Ciudad announced a new online real estate auction located in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA) that correspond to vacant inheritances, that is, properties that do not have heirs and become administered by the Buenos Aires State. In total, they will be auctioned four propertieswith base prices that start in US$19,400.
The auction will take place next Friday March 27th starting at 10online through the official Banco Ciudad platform, which allows you to participate from anywhere in the country.

Requirements to participate in the auction
In order to bid in the auction, interested parties must comply with the following points:
- Register on the platform as a natural or legal person.
- Have domicile in the City of Buenos Aires.
- Have a valid email address.
- Deposit a guarantee equivalent to 3% of base value of the property.
- Register up to 48 business hours before from the start of the auction.
