In this sense, Pollicita also requested that information be gathered regarding the forms of payment, which have been made in cash, transfer, check, card, exchange, etc.; also the details of the bank accounts, virtual wallets, as well as the CBU-CVU, checks or instruments that have been used to receive sums of money that are linked to the work and with the identification of dates, amounts and payers, plans, renders and photographs. And the communications established with the administration of the private neighborhood, the personnel who worked on the work, documentation on the purchase of materials and supplies, supplier information, prices, purchase dates and quantities of the materials, as indicated by the prosecutor’s office.

Expenses in Indio Cuá

The lenders summoned to testify
The women who sold the Caballito apartment to Adorni must also appear to testify. The people summoned to testify are the sellers Claudia Sbabo and Beatriz Viegas, Pablo Martín Feijooson of one of them, plus the seller of the Exaltación de la Cruz property, Juan Consentino.
Sbado and Viegas, who sold the apartment to Adorni, had bought it from Hugo Morales, a former soccer player, and last November they sold it for $230,000 to the Chief of Staff. In this case, in addition to presenting a copy of the tax affidavits that were submitted to the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) in a timely manner in the corresponding fiscal periods of the years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, also, if applicable, the documentation that attests and accredits the tax situation or the lack of obligation to present it.
That is why the prosecutor Pollicita ordered that each witness go to the statement with the documentation corresponding to the origin of the funds that are affected by the corresponding real estate operations and, particularly, to that of the properties located on Miró Street 546/48/50/52/54/56, Av. Assembly 1130/32 and lot 380 of the private neighborhood.
