Anniversary
Lauquen Train celebrates its 150th Anniversary. Until Sunday the 12th, the party proposes activities in different places and times in the city. It’s free. In Berisso The 2026 Beer Festival is coming. It’s free, from Friday to Sunday always from 4 p.m., in the Civic Park. The first day presents an opening with a line up that includes Wayra Iglesias, El Soldado, Tarea Fina, Viejas Locas F&A, Sebastián Mendoza, Quiero Cumbia, and E La Kossa, among others. As it is the Beer Festival, local craft beer producers will be there along with live artists. Organized by the Berisso Brewers Association together with the local commune. Creole pilchas
In Mar del Plata The 14th National Entrepreneurship Festival is coming. It’s free. It starts this Friday from 2 p.m. and continues on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. at La Esperanza Recreo de Campo, highway 2 Km 393, Camet station. There will be Creole skills, apart from campero and troop parades, more than thirty dance groups and folk artists, and carriage parades. Delegations from Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Córdoba, Salta and San Luis participate. It is recommended to bring a chair, table and lounge chair to spend the day. The event is organized by Dicuzzi together with the municipality of General Pueyrredón.
With pure hype
An unmissable date is this weekend with the 2nd March of the Drums in the Sea. It will be in MiramarGeneral Alvarado’s match, an event that has been held in Santiago del Estero for many years with “Indio” and Tere Froilán. The movement is of such magnitude of identity and cultural resistance that it sweeps the country. It goes beyond music, it refers to memory, consciousness and collective recognition. “Over the years, the people stood up to know what they feel, what they want and what they don’t. We are moved by the encounter, because we need to feel part of a rich culture, sometimes forgotten and even destroyed. Convening ourselves is the best way to show that we are alive,” says Froilán.
The organization is in charge of the General Alvarado Legüera Community, directed by Pablo Pérez Carnevale. The group brings together more than 90 students and carries out sustained work in schools, where around 800 drums have already been built. It begins on Saturday, April 11, from 8 p.m., at the local Sports Center that will open its doors for the Peña Vigil and Night (Contribution Bonus 3,000 pesos). On Sunday the 12th it starts at 11 and the call will move to the Fisherman’s Wharf to begin the march. There is no stage or audience: there is a round, a walk and the beating of the drums in unity. Everything is ready for the 26th edition of the National Fried Cake Festival, on Saturday and Sunday at the Independencia Municipal Park, a 54-hectare property where games, activities, gastronomy, a folklore club will be held, there will be artisans, all in a natural space. It is Pet Friendly and with popular prices. More than twenty cake makers will participate. The giant five-meter fried cake will be made, which will then be cut and distributed in portions among the audience present. In Goyena, Saavedra Partythe 1st Provincial Mallorcan Coca Festival and the 4th Mallorcan Coca Festival are held in Goyena. It’s free. It is a traditional specialty from Mallorca, Spain, it is made from a thin, crispy dough baked with a vegetable topping, for many it resembles a pizza without cheese. The party is on Saturday and Sunday at 3:00 p.m. with an exhibition of vintage cars, Tradición Sabores gastronomic dining room, tasting of Mallorcan coca, ensaimada and gluten-free options. In Saladillo The 6th Floor Cookie Festival is held. It’s free, this weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm in the main square. There will be musical shows, food trucks and entrepreneurs. And this weekend in Tres Picos the 16th edition of the Folklore, Pialada and Jineteada Festival takes place.
