CDMX. – After participating in the declaration of constitutionality of the electoral “Plan B” in the Chamber of Deputies, the federal legislator Humberto Aldana Navarro He moved to the Universidad Veracruzana to lead the opening of the Permanent Seminar “One Health”. Aldana Navarro recalled that this vision is not improvised, but has its technical roots in the initiative of Law on the Welfare, Care and Protection of Animalspublished in the Parliamentary Gazette last March 19, 2025.
